About Us

In order to empower women & increase their level of self-sufficiency & confidence, we educate society about skill development. This will allow them to grow socioeconomically & build their confidence.
Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar National Foundation was started in 2010 by like minded people in Nippani. The programs of the NGO mainly focus on women empowerment, where awareness is given to women in various skill development activities to help them lead dignified lives. They not only empower themselves but also educate society. Some of the programs that the NGO has conducted include tailoring training and the distribution of tailoring machines. Teaching embroidery, so that they earn their living by using their craftsmanship and their talents. Also, beauty parlour courses are done to start their own beauty parlours in their locality and also lead their careers as beauticians. Apart from this, skill development for youth is the priority program in the rural parts of Nippani, wherein the talents of youth are tapped and their knowledge is channeled into skill development.

Our Programs
Women Empowerement
Tailoring and embroidery classes are held regularly for the women to empower them and showcase their talents, thus making them economically and socially independent. Through these trainings,, she gains knowledge and leads the family thus contributing to the overall development of the country.
Skill Development Programs
Women are trained in Beauty parlor courses and also get engaged in other skill development programs such as embroidery, etc. Through these programs, women not only learn new skills but also get employed in the garment industries, thus contributing to the economical development of the nation.

Cedlock Training
